- The Company reserves the right to cancel / modify this program at any time of its operation
- The program should be confidential. This scheme should not be shared outside Partner Organization.
- Any billing under SPS will not be considered for program.
- Sales done to VAR / EBP partners qualify for the Vertiv Day programme.
- Only DPG products sales are qualified models for the program on the Vertiv Day (Date ). Excluding 600VA LI ITon.
- Each closure done on Vertiv day will qualify for big bazar /Amazon vouchers worth 500 per unit sale.
- Qualifying sales will be determined based on PO dated on Vertiv day & Sales report (Date).
